Managing administration and daily operational data for 5,000+ employees manually burdened the HR team. We also needed strict factory security protocols to prevent data leaks by checking devices at exits without triggering long queues, and we needed to digitalize scattered operational processes into a single ecosystem.
The Solution
Consolidated dozens of internal modules into an HR Employee Self-Service (ESS) application. Built an integrated scanning system where phone scans at exits simultaneously trigger attendance clock-outs. Implemented a modular architecture (Feature Registry Pattern) using Map-based configuration registry and Provider to scale 30+ features efficiently.
Impact & Results
- Massive User Adoption: Successfully implemented and used operationally every day by 5,000+ active users.
- HR Transformation: Drastically cut paper bureaucracy and automated daily attendance and facility management, saving hundreds of administrative hours monthly.
